Three New Lettings Secured in East Gateshead

Avison Young acting on behalf of Langley Holdings has secured three new lettings at Saltmeadows Trade Park and on the adjoining Baltic Park scheme in East Gateshead.

At Saltmeadows Trade Park Waterfalls Group (WFCO Ltd) has taken a lease of unit 12 (7300sq ft) and Green Thumb Ltd has occupied unit 10 (2,000sq ft). On the adjoining Baltic Park scheme BBS Switchgear Ltd has taken a lease of unit F (2,400sq ft).

Both schemes lie within the East Gateshead Industrial Estate, adjacent to the A184 Felling-by-Pass, offering easy access to the A19 and A1M as well as to Gateshead town centre and Newcastle city centre.
